Refund policy

General
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be in their original condition: unworn, undamaged, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at anna@bedazzling.eu to request a return.
  2. Ship the item to:
    Calle de la Cuerata 5, 03738 Javea, Alicante, Spain.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
  4. If approved, we will refund your purchase amount within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Special Conditions

  • Discounted Items: Items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.
  • Custom-Made Items: Personalized products cannot be returned.
  • Damages or Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if your item is damaged or you received the wrong item so we can resolve the issue.
  • Exchanges: To exchange an item, we recommend purchasing the desired item again after your return is approved.

Legal Right of Withdrawal (EU)

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.
